UK Shipping

We offer free DHL Next Day Delivery on orders over £20. Orders under £20 will be charged £3.95 delivery.

UK Mainland customers should receive orders the next working day if ordered by 12 midday. However, if you order after 10am there is a possibility that your order will be sent the following day.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a bank holiday.

DHL will take longer to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with the following postcodes taking 2 days: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. The following postcodes will take 2-4 days according to their estimates: HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 and ZE1-ZE3. 

Our deliveries are made using third parties and include delivery to the Channel Islands. 

US Shipping

We deliver to all 50 US states and will ship your order within 24 hours via USPS (The US Postal Service). Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged $10 shipping. (Exceptions: shipping and handling to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be charged $25.00) 

All items are subject to availability. 

PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office addresses are not accepted.

Your personal details are held securely and we will not pass them onto other organisations. 

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We’re committed to providing high-quality hair products that help you look and feel your best. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that means exchanging the product for a different shade or providing credit for future purchases.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Items that are damaged or opened will not be accepted.

Contact Us First: 

Before sending anything back, please reach out to our Customer Care Team hello@herbuk.com. This will allow us to process your return or exchange efficiently. The team is available Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 4:45pm (UK).

If your item needs to be returned, please follow the steps below:

1. Prepare the Item for Return:

Ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Securely pack the item to avoid any damage during transit. If possible, use the original shipping box or a similarly sturdy one.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.

2. Ship the Item Back:

Address the package to the return address provided by our Customer Care Team.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked or insured service to ensure the package reaches us safely, as we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items during transit.

3. Confirmation: Once we have received and inspected the returned item to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, we will process your credit or exchange and notify you via email.

Exceptions

Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
